1. Reduce stress! 80% of disease and illness is related to stress, therefore a huge threat towards wellness and balance.

2. Our feet are designed to move and articulate like our hands, but we need make the effort to get them out of shoes and exercise them. Wiggle toes, bend, flex and point, separate toes, rotate your ankles...do at least one minute.      

                         

3. Avoid high heel, pointed and rigid shoes...I know how fashionable heels are, but they can negatively impact the anatomy of your foot and cause many foot problems, like bunions, corns and Morton's Neuromas.

                           

 3. Wear athletic shoes that are flexible and have a wide toe box.                      

4. Pamper your feet! Get a pedicure, guys too, soak your feet in 1/2 cup Epsom Salts, cut toenails straight across
